Senior Legal Counsel

An established private lender who provides boutique lending solutions to a wide range of clients is looking for a Lawyer to join them. Based on the Central Coast this is a down to earth and friendly organisation that will support your career with interesting work and career development.

Due to growth, they are looking for a Litigation Lawyer to join their team. Reporting to the General Counsel you will have access to a wide range of work and clients including:

• Assisting & running debt recovery & enforcement processes
• Preparing for hearings, mediations & negotiations
• Court appearances & mediation assisting
• Advising on compliance & risk management
• Drafting legal documentation
• Property enforcement & insolvency

If you are a litigation lawyer with 3-6 years PQE and are looking for an in-house opportunity, then this role is for you. If you have great communication and drafting skills and are looking to work in a friendly team with an ability to advise executives, then please apply.
