Max M Lawyers, an established Sydney CBD immigration law firm with over 20 years of experience, is expanding its multicultural team. We are looking for energetic, bilingual professionals for full-time or long-term roles.

Open Roles & Primary Responsibilities

·        Marketing Specialists (Spanish or Vietnamese Speakers): Drive business growth through targeted marketing campaigns, social media management, community networking, and client acquisition.

·        Administrative Assistants (Thai Speakers): Support client consultations, manage case documentation, and handle end-to-end office administrative tasks.

Requirements

·        Language Skills: Native or fluent proficiency in Spanish, Vietnamese, or Thai (spoken and written), paired with solid English skills (equivalent to IELTS 6.0+).

·        Skills & Mindset: Strong communication abilities, cultural awareness, and a client-focused approach.

·        Preferred: Prior experience in immigration/visa processing is a plus, but not required.
