Certificate III and Diploma qualified or working towards qualification in Early Childhood

One Tree Community Services - Kalkee Road Children's Centre is seeking innovative, passionate, and dedicated Early Childhood Educators to join our welcoming team in Horsham, Victoria.

As our growing service continues to evolve, we are looking for enthusiastic educators to be part of our journey and help shape positive outcomes for children, families, and the local community. We currently have opportunities available for both Full-Time and Casual Educators who are committed to creating engaging learning environments and supporting the growth and development of young children.

Full time: $32.06 - $40.14 per hour 
Casual: $40.07 - $50.17 per hour
(rate will be based on qualification and experience)
Inclusive of Worker Retention Grant and Regional Allowance

You will:

• Hold or be working towards a relevant Early Childhood Education and Care qualification (Certificate III, Diploma, or equivalent).
• Have a genuine passion for early childhood education.
• Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Bring creativity, enthusiasm, and a child-focused approach to your work.
• Hold or be willing to obtain all required clearances and certifications, including a valid employee working with children's check card and National Police check.
