Position: Implementation Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Implementation Consultant to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria. As an Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for working closely with our clients to understand their business needs and develop customized solutions using our software. You will also be responsible for managing the implementation process, ensuring that our clients are able to successfully integrate our solutions into their business operations.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop customized solutions using our software

- Manage the implementation process, including project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management

- Conduct training sessions for clients on how to use our software and provide ongoing support as needed

- Collaborate with our sales and development teams to identify new business opportunities and provide input on product enhancements

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our implementation processes and services

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and promote long-term partnerships

- Document and report on project progress, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a software implementation or consulting environment

- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues

- In-depth knowledge of software implementation processes and methodologies

- Proficiency in project management tools and software

- Ability to travel to client sites as needed
