About the role

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor and based at our Dubbo branch, you will work as part of a dedicated, close‑knit team in a hands‑on role that combines warehouse operations and local deliveries. Duties will flex based on daily staffing needs and workloads.

The team is highly safety-focused and process-driven, with structured training and ongoing support provided to set you up for success.

• Base rate $34 per hour + truck driver allowance $6 per hour
• Standard hours 8:00am - 4:00pm
• Overtime available

What you will be doing:

• Picking and packing customer orders within the warehouse
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Operating warehouse equipment, including forklift and overhead crane
• Delivering orders to customers using company vehicles
• Providing face‑to‑face customer service at delivery and pick up

What you will bring:

• Valid HR licence (HC highly regarded)
• Strong focus on safety, compliance and manual handling practices
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑based warehouse environment
• A reliable, proactive approach with pride in your work
• Good customer service and basic computer skills
• Forklift licence and overhead crane experience desirable but not essential
