Job Title: Speech Pathologist

Job Summary

We are hiring experienced Speech Pathologists for a leading healthcare organization in Australia. The ideal candidate should have experience in assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders, with a strong focus on pediatric care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
  
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
  
• Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy.
  
• Work closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
  
• Educate clients and caregivers on communication and swallowing strategies.
  
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records.
  

Requirements

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Speech Pathology.
  
• Valid registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
  
• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience as a Speech Pathologist.
  
• Experience working with pediatric clients.
  
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary environment.
