About the role
Relative Care is seeking several dedicated and compassionate AIN / Support Workers to join our team on a Part-time or Casual basis in Gosford or Wyong area and willing to travel north part of the Central Coast. As a valued member of our Aged & Disability Support team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of our clients and supporting them to live independently in their own homes.
What you'll be doing
Providing personalised in-home care and support to elderly and disabled clients
Assisting with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
Accompanying clients to appointments, social activities, and community events
Monitoring clients' well-being and reporting any changes or concerns to the care team
Promoting client independence, dignity, and quality of life
Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
Available to perform sleepover shifts when needed
What we're looking for
A current Certificate III in Individual Support or higher
Experience working in the aged care or disability support sector, preferably in a community-based setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others
A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
