We specialise in commercial and strata roofing maintenance, working with property and facility managers across Perth.

This is predominantly roof maintenance, leak detection and fault-finding — not repetitive new-build roofing.

You'll work across commercial and strata properties, diagnosing roofing problems and delivering considered, professional solutions.

Your work will include:

• Roof leak detection and fault finding

• Metal roof repairs and maintenance

• Flashings, box gutters and cappings

• Downpipes and roof drainage

• Roof penetrations and Dektites

• Roof sheeting repairs and replacement

• Preventative roof maintenance

• Identifying defects and recommending solutions

• Taking clear site photos and documenting findings

• Completing professional reports through ServiceM8

• Working safely and following site procedures

A major part of this role is being able to think for yourself and take ownership of the job.

We don't just want someone who can repair a roof. We want someone who can work out why there's a problem, determine the right solution and communicate it clearly.

• Are a qualified and experienced Roof Plumber

• Have strong metal roofing and maintenance experience

• Are confident diagnosing roof leaks and solving problems
