About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Workshop Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair of our vehicles. As Workshop Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of mechanics, ensuring that all vehicles are maintained to the highest standards, and minimizing downtime.  

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of mechanics and workshop staff.
• Nurture a collaborative and supportive team culture.
• Oversee preventative maintenance and repairs on all company vehicles.  
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.  
• Ensure accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.  
• Continuously improve processes and promote innovation.

Qualifications and Experience

• Trade qualification as a HD Mechanic or related trade.
• Experience in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of heavy vehicle mechanics and maintenance procedures including electronic diagnostics.  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.  
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• HR license and forklift ticket ideal, but not essential.
