Senior Business Analyst - IDAM

Our client is a well known Australian organisation who are undertaking a major uplift in their Cyber Security and Technology Risk position. As a result we are looking for a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst with a depth of experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM) to help deliver a modern, enterprise‑wide capability.

If you thrive in complex environments, can translate technical security concepts into clear business outcomes, and know your way around privileged access, vaulting, session management and IAM integrations, this is the contract you’ll want.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years as a Senior BA on large‑scale technology programs.
• Must Have prior experience working on Cyber Security, IAM or Privileged Access Management initiatives and projects.
• Highly developed skills in core Business Analysis fundamentals, including Requirements Elicitation, Stakeholder Workshop facilitation, Process Modelling and complex Stakeholder Management.
• Experience in delivering PAM solutions (One Identity Safeguard, CyberArk, BeyondTrust or Delinea).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, PIM, identity governance and security frameworks.
• Proactive in nature with the drive to pursue information and data from other business stakeholders or team members. 
• Comfortable working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Exceptional communication, documentation and analytical skills.
