What you will do

As paralegal, public law and litigation, you will support the public law and litigation team.

You will help manage state-care personal injury claims and other litigated matters.

You will:

• maintain accurate files and track claims, settlements, mediations and court events.
• help gather important documents and evidence for claims and legal matters.
• review court documents and filings for key legal claims.
• provide reliable support for meetings, reports and other team tasks.
• help maintain clear legal records and contribute to a respectful workplace.

About you

No qualification is mandatory for this role. Formal legal or justice studies, or part-completed studies, will be highly regarded.

You can work with sensitive information and support legal staff in a complex setting.

You should also have:

• strong time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• careful attention to detail and a consistently high standard of work.
• clear communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
• sound judgement, discretion and initiative when handling sensitive information.
