Electrical Account Manager / Sales Rep

Morson are working with a leading Tier 1 electrical contractor is looking for an Electrical Account Manager to join their growing team in Parramatta. This is a newly created position combining your electrical knowledge, estimating ability and relationship-building skills to grow existing accounts and win new business.

The Role

• Manage and develop relationships with key commercial and industrial clients.
• Identify opportunities across existing service and maintenance contracts.
• Generate new business and increase service bookings.
• Assess electrical works and prepare quotes and estimates.
• Follow up opportunities and convert quotes into secured work.
• Work closely with internal service and project teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Build long-term client relationships and contribute to sales and gross profit targets.

About You We’re looking for someone with:

• An electrical trade background and strong technical knowledge.
• Experience in estimating, quoting, sales, account management or service.
• Strong understanding of LV electrical works.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities.
• Confidence dealing directly with clients and key stakeholders.
• A current driver's licence.
