Audemars Piguet, is an independent, family-owned luxury watch manufacturer that has been crafting timepieces in Le Brassus, Switzerland since 1875! As the Maison prepares to open their very first official flagship boutique in Australia, we are seeking passionate, dynamic Luxury Client Advisors to form the founding boutique team.

This opportunity will position you as a pioneer for the brand in Australia, building relationships with brand enthusiasts and High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients.

The Opportunity & Lead Time
Successful candidates will commence early 2027 for an intensive, world-class training program covering Swiss heritage, luxury Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and haute horlogerie mastery ahead of the official boutique opening later in the year.

• Training Schedule: Standard Monday – Friday business hours.
• Boutique Schedule: Rotating roster aligned with boutique operating hours (including weekends/late trading).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Bespoke Hospitality: Guide clients through an exceptional end-to-end journey across sales, concierge touchpoints, and after-sales service.
• Build Lasting Relationships: Proactively engage clients, collect CRM data, and cultivate long-term brand loyalty.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Audemars Piguet with pride at exclusive boutique events and client activations.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain immaculate merchandise displays, assist with stock counts, and uphold luxury boutique standards.
• Continuous Growth: Actively participate in ongoing training programs to continuously develop technical product mastery.
