Inbound Customer Service Associate

Our Melbourne CBD office is modern, well-connected to public transport, and home to a diverse and collaborative team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured processes but also thinks on their feet.

What you’ll be doing     

• Manage high-volume of inbound calls

• Resolve customer queries and while delivering positive experience

• Manage complex queries with confidence and sound judgement

• Accurately update CRM systems

• Meet quality, compliance and KPI targets

  You’ll thrive in this role if you have

• Previous customer service or contact centre experience (preferred but not essential)

• Strong communication and active listening skills

• Resilient, solutions-focused mindset

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment

• Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems
  

Operational Hours:

• Training:  Mon–Fri, 9am–5:30pm (3–4 weeks) - work from office

• Post Training (Nesting & Ongoing Roster): Mon-Fri, 8-hour shifts between 7am– 7 PM - Hybrid

• Flexibility to work across these hours is essential.

Eligibility

• An Australian/ NZ Citizenship or Permanent Residency or a Temporary Resident visa with at least 1-year full work validity and unrestricted working rights
