What’s my job?
Located in Sydney, our Production team is looking for a Producer to join their team. You will play a key role in supporting the seamless execution of creative projects across film, stills, digital content, and post-production. Reporting to the Chief Production Officer, you will manage all campaign productions, and ensure smooth day-to-day studio operations.

A day in the life
Manage end-to-end production processes for a variety of creative campaigns, from conceptualisation to delivery, ensuring all deadlines are met and every project runs seamlessly.Manage multiple projects simultaneously across various formats, always keeping an eye on the big picture while managing the details.Ensure all deliverables meet the highest creative standards, elevating the output of the studio and maintaining its reputation for excellence.Manage production budgets and vendor negotiations to ensure cost-effective execution.Manage schedules, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring all deliverables are on time while exceeding creative expectations.Foster strong relationships with internal creative teams, external vendor partners, and clients, acting as a trusted partner and point of contact.Stay ahead of industry trends to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.

You've got 2-3 years experience in a production role at an agency.Familiarity with emerging production technologies and tools.A growing network within the production world.A passion for storytelling and creativity. You take pride in your work and have genuine enthusiasm for the brands you collaborate with.
