We are recruiting for a Senior Tax Specialist to join one of Queensland’s most established advisory, accounting and wealth management firms. This is a unique opportunity to provide specialist tax research and advisory services to a diverse client base including SMEs, multinational corporations and family groups. 

The Role: 

• Deliver expert tax research and advice on complex matters, including corporate, trust, partnership and high-net-worth client structures 

• Prepare advice letters, memos and internal training materials 

• Analyse complex transactions and provide practical solutions to proposed restructures and tax planning matters 

• Collaborate with advisory and compliance teams to support high-quality client outcomes 

• Present tailored tax advice to clients and contribute to the firm’s growth initiatives 

About You: 

• CA/CPA/CTA qualified (or equivalent) 

• 5+ years’ experience in public practice, with a strong focus on tax advisory and/or compliance 

• Advanced knowledge of Australian tax law across corporate, trust, partnership and high-net-worth individual matters 

• Excellent analytical, research and problem-solving skills 

• Strong written and verbal communication, with a client-focused approach 

• Ability to manage complex projects independently and work collaboratively in a team environment
