Lead Tasmania's premier early childhood education and care RTO into its next chapter of quality and impact.
We are looking for a leader with a passion for vocational education, quality outcomes and continuous improvement, ensuring compliance and quality systems alongside the ability to inspire teams and build meaningful stakeholder relationships.
The role:The RTO Manager leads the Gowrie Training & Consultancy's Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
The role is responsible for ensuring quality compliance, governance, assurance, training delivery and assessment practices in accordance with the Vocational Education and Training (VET) Regulatory Framework and the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2025.
The RTO Manager leads a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and learner success while maintaining strong stakeholder partnerships and supporting the organisation's growth and sustainability objectives.
This role can be part-time or full time (0.8-1.0FTE).
