About the Company:
Synergie Australia is currently seeking an experienced and reliable Forklift Operator / Trade Assistant to join one of our valued clients based in Wetherill Park. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a reputable engineering and manufacturing company known for producing high-quality industrial and mining equipment.

About the Role:
In this hands-on role, you’ll be supporting tradespeople in daily workshop operations while handling materials and assisting with general fabrication and assembly work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts to move materials and products within the workshop

• Assist boilermakers, fitters, and welders with assembly and fabrication tasks

• Load and unload trucks and equipment safely

• Perform basic workshop maintenance and housekeeping

• Use hand and power tools as required

• Follow safety procedures and contribute to a positive team culture

Skills & Experience:

• Current Forklift Licence (CB) – essential

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or fabrication workshop

• Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks

• Mechanically minded with a strong attention to detail

• Reliable, punctual, and a proactive team player
