Standalone Payroll Officer - Aurion Payroll System - Sydney CBD

With an excellent reputation the industry, this local organisation currently has fantastic opportunity for an experienced Standalone Payroll Officer to start immediately on a 2 -3 months temporary assignment!

This is a fun, vibrant and exciting working environment that can offer flexibility, autonomy within a highly supportive and motivated team.   

Duties are outlined but not limited to the following: 

• Accurate & timely processing of the fortnightly payroll data using Aurion 
• Setting up new employees & updating employee information 
• Termination & redundancy calculations 
• Dealing with payroll enquirers internally & externally 
• Month & year end reporting, reconciliation & payments 

Required skills: 

• Exposure and experience of Aurion in your current or previous Standalone role 
• Solid full function end to end payroll processing 
• Strong, confident & up to date payroll knowledge 
• Ability to prioritize workflows, work autonomously with high attention to detail 
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills 
• Strong customer focus to ensure outstanding customer experience.  
• A real problem solver!
