Recruitment Consultant- Nursing - SA

Lumia Care Dulwich Adelaide is looking for a high-energy Recruitment Consultant to join our busy nursing agency team. This is a fast-paced role where you will be responsible for building an active candidate pipeline, recruiting Registered Nurses (RNs) and Enrolled Nurses (ENs), and ensuring we have a reliable pool of compliant, work-ready candidates available to meet client and shift demand.

This role will suit someone who is results-driven, organised and ready to move quickly. You will manage recruitment from sourcing through to onboarding while also supporting casual bookings and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, clients and internal stakeholders.
 
What You'll Be Doing

• Recruit and onboard RNs, ENs and other healthcare workers for agency and casual opportunities.
• Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline across multiple locations and skill sets.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including screening, compliance, credentialing and onboarding.
• Work closely with the bookings and operations teams to respond quickly to workforce demand.
• Support casual shift bookings and ensure candidates are available and work-ready.
• Build strong, ongoing relationships with candidates and key stakeholders.
• Proactively source candidates rather than relying only on applications.
• Keep the ATS accurate and up to date and use recruitment technology to its full potential.
• Monitor pipeline activity, candidate availability and time-to-deployment.
• Identify and escalate recruitment or compliance issues that may impact service delivery.

 
About You
You will be a hands-on recruiter who thrives in a busy environment and understands that nursing agency recruitment requires speed, persistence and excellent candidate management.
You will have:

• Proven experience recruiting RNs and ENs or healthcare professionals.
• Experience working in agency, healthcare or high-volume recruitment.
• Strong candidate engagement and stakeholder relationship skills.
• A proven ability to build and maintain an active talent pipeline.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies and priorities at the same time.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of compliance requirements.
• Confidence working with casual bookings and short-notice workforce requirements.
• Strong ATS capability and a willingness to use systems to their full potential.
• JobAdder or Employment Hero experience is highly desirable.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to move quickly when demand is high.
