Manager – Systems

About the role

This is a hands-on role working closely with the Director and wider team to oversee and continually improve business systems, processes and client experience. You will ensure the business operates efficiently and clients receive a professional, well-managed experience throughout their build.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and improve business systems, processes and workflows
• Identify efficiencies and implement practical improvements
• Develop and maintain procedures, templates and reporting
• Improve information flow between administration, construction and management
• Manage project documentation and internal processes
• Coordinate client communication, meetings and project updates
• Manage client follow-ups, decisions, approvals and variations
• Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, suppliers and the construction team
• Identify opportunities for automation and technology to improve efficiency

About you

• Highly organised, proactive and confident dealing with both clients and internal teams
• Experience in a management role within residential construction or a similar project-based environment is highly regarded
• Strong systems, communication and problem-solving skills
