Business Analyst

An opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst based in either NSW, Qld or VIC to support a range of business and technology initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, document requirements, analyse business processes, and support the delivery of practical solutions that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on Business Analyst with strong analytical and communication skills, capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with business and technical teams.

• Engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, document, and validate business requirements.

• Reviewing and evaluating existing business processes, systems, and user needs to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support the assessment and selection of technology and process solutions aligned to business objectives.
• Supporting the assessment and selection of technology and process solutions aligned to business objectives.
• Assisting with solution design discussions to ensure business requirements are appropriately understood and addressed.
• Supporting testing activities, including requirements traceability, user acceptance testing, and defect management.
• Identifying risks, issues, dependencies, and impacts related to proposed changes.
• Analysing data and operational processes to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicating findings, recommendations, and progress updates to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
• Supporting change implementation activities, including business readiness and process adoption where required.

Qualifications:

• Appropriate tertiary qualifications or experience in Information Technology or related field
• Accreditation in either Coupa, SAP Ariba, BlueYonder – preferable
• IIBA BABOK Certification – Preferable 
• Demonstrated experience in business process modelling and analysis.
