About the role:

You'll support the Group HR & Compliance Manager with audits and compliance activities across corporate and franchise sites. Expect variety, national exposure, and the chance to build your career in a supportive, values-driven team.

Key tasks include:

• Assisting with workplace audits
• Monitoring compliance with Fair Work, NES, Awards & WHS
• Preparing reports and supporting implementation of recommendations
• Promoting accountability and fairness across the business

• Keen interest in compliance, auditing, or HR
• Strong attention to detail and eager to learn
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Integrity, professionalism, and discretion
