Senior Practitioner - Dual Diagnosis

At Lives Lived Well, we support people experiencing alcohol and other drug challenges, mental health concerns and complex life circumstances to build healthier, more fulfilling lives.
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Practitioner - Dual Diagnosis to join our Gold Coast Clinical Services team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced clinician to provide specialist psychotherapy, counselling and dual diagnosis support to clients experiencing complex mental health and AOD presentations across residential and community settings.
Your Opportunity
As the Senior Practitioner - Dual Diagnosis, you will:
Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for people experiencing dual diagnosis and complex needs.Provide specialist assessment, psychotherapy and counselling services.Support clients to improve wellbeing, reduce harmful AOD use and achieve sustainable recovery outcomes.Facilitate individual and group therapeutic programs.Provide specialist consultation and clinical advice to colleagues and stakeholders.Contribute to service development, continuous improvement and best-practice clinical care.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A degree qualification in Psychology, Social Work or Counselling.Minimum two years' post-graduate experience delivering psychotherapy and evidence-based interventions.Experience supporting people with dual diagnosis, mental health, trauma and complex presentations.Strong clinical assessment, risk management and case planning skills.Demonstrated ability to provide clinical guidance and support to others.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Registration with AHPRA, AASW, ACA or another relevant professional body.
You Will Also Require
Current Australian Driver Licence.Current Blue Card (or ability to obtain).National Criminal History Check.
