Commercial Plumber

Streamworks Plumbing and Civil has an opening for a skilled Commercial Plumber to come on board. We work exclusively on commercial and industrial builds + civil plumbing projects across SEQ, and this role is about hands-on delivery of hydraulic plumbing and water metering work for our clients.

•      Carry out hydraulic plumbing work on commercial sites, including drainage stacks, rough-in and fit-off

•      Interpret drawings and specifications and install accordingly, without needing it explained twice

•      Handle water metering and backflow prevention work in line with Queensland standards

•      Keep quality and safety front of mind on every task

•      Support workplace health and safety practices on site

•      Guide and support apprentices and junior plumbers coming through

•      Minimum 5 years' experience as a licensed plumber in commercial construction

•      Current QBCC Plumbing Licence

•      Current White Card

•      Solid hands-on experience installing hydraulic systems

•      Confidence reading technical drawings and sorting out problems on the tools

•      An eye for detail and a genuine commitment to doing the job properly

•      A team player who communicates well with site staff and management

•      Driver's licence and your own transport

•      Civil plumbing experience

•      Machinery tickets — excavator and skid steer/posi track

•      Backflow prevention testing or installation experience

•      $50–$55 per hour + Super

•      Steady, ongoing commercial work with a Gold Coast-based contractor
