The OpportunityWe are looking for a motivated Fiji & Papua New Guinea (PNG) Counsellor to join our growing Melbourne team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands the Fiji and PNG markets, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about helping clients achieve their education and migration goals.Whether you have previous counselling experience or a strong background working with the Fiji and PNG communities, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll DoConsult with clients from Fiji and Papua New Guinea on Australian visa and education pathways.Assess client eligibility and provide clear guidance on documentation and application requirements.Manage your client pipeline from the initial enquiry through to application lodgement and enrolment.Counsel prospective students on suitable courses and education providers.Maintain regular follow-ups and deliver outstanding customer service throughout the client journey.Support marketing campaigns and community engagement initiatives targeting the Fiji and PNG communities.Build strong relationships with clients, education providers, and internal teams.Achieve monthly consultation, enrolment, and conversion targets.
What We're Looking ForExperience in migration or education counselling is preferred but not mandatory.Strong understanding of the Fiji and Papua New Guinea markets and cultures.Excellent English communication skills; Tok Pisin is highly regarded.Confident conducting both phone consultations and face-to-face client meetings.Strong interpersonal, organisational, and time management skills.A sales-focused mindset with a genuine passion for helping clients move forward with their goals.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
