About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting student success through expert advice and oversight of academic progress matters.
As the Senior Adviser, Student Success (Progress), you will act as a subject matter expert, ensuring student academic progress matters are managed efficiently, consistently and with care. You will provide specialist advice, analyse complex information, and support informed decision-making across academic progress processes. Working closely with Faculty Academic Progress Committees and a wide range of stakeholders, you will contribute to fair, accurate and student-centred outcomes while identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
