Admin All-Rounder + Logistics Assistant

About the Role

We operate roadside fruit trailers across North Brisbane and are looking for a reliable, hands-on Admin All-Rounder & Backup Restocker to join our team.

This role offers a flexible mix of working from home, performing site checks at our Lawnton warehouse, and acting as an on-the-ground backup driver.

While primarily administrative, you will also step in to perform basic trailer maintenance and restock fruit trailers when needed—which involves repetitive manual lifting of 15kg produce boxes.

Key Responsibilities

• Office & Admin: General administration, accounts payable, client acquisition support, staff timesheets/payroll, and safety compliance.
• Scheduling & Systems: Update our internal staff app, set work schedules, and track inventory/weekly banana intake.
• Purchasing & Logistics: Place weekly supplier orders, coordinate delivery routes, and oversee equipment purchasing.
• Warehouse & Quality: Perform daily cold room temperature/ripening checks at Lawnton and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Backup Field Support: Restock roadside trailers using a company vehicle (lifting 15kg boxes) and perform basic trailer maintenance checks.

Hours & Requirements

• 15 hours per week with flexible scheduling (great for school hours) - award wages.
• Work Vehicle & Own Transport: Company vehicle provided for restocking runs; must have your own reliable vehicle for general maintenance checks.
• Admin & Tech Skills: Comfortable with spreadsheets, basic apps, and general computer work (prior admin experience preferred).
• Physical Fitness: Able to handle repetitive lifting of 15kg produce boxes.
• Prerequisites: Valid Australian Driver's License, satisfactory Police Check, and pre-employment medical clearance.
