With a diverse range of facilities including multiple dining and bar areas, gaming room, event spaces, retail bottle shop, 4.5-star accommodation, and a coffee shop. We are a vibrant and thriving establishment and we take pride in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences to our guests.
An exciting opportunity exists to join our team as a Casual Pizza Chef.
About the Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced Pizza Chef who always possess a positive and motivated work ethic.
Experience, Skills & Attributes:
Experience as a Pizza Maker in a high-volume, fast-paced establishment
The production and ability to work with hand-stretched dough
Wood fired oven experience essential
The passion and drive to succeed and produce high-quality dishes to our company standards
Strong work ethic and attention to detail in all areas of your work
Impeccable presentation, hygiene and grooming standards
Available to work a rotating roster, including days, nights, weekends and public holidays
