Job Description

As a Dental Assistant / Receptionist, you'll play an important role in keeping the practice running smoothly and creating a positive experience for every patient.

Your day will include a mix of clinical and reception responsibilities, including:

• Providing chairside assistance during a wide range of dental procedures.
• Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining exceptional infection control standards.
• Sterilising instruments and ensuring equipment is ready for clinical use.
• Greeting patients with a warm, professional and caring approach.
• Scheduling appointments, processing payments and managing patient records.
• Responding to patient enquiries via phone, email and in person.
• Supporting the team to ensure the practice operates efficiently each day.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant, with the confidence to contribute from day one.
• A positive, hardworking attitude and a genuine passion for dental care.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-player mentality.
• A commitment to professional development and learning.
• Applicants must have or be willing to obtain a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC). WWCC information
