Derwent has offices located in Hobart, Melbourne, Sydney, Wodonga, Auckland and Bendigo.Our Hobart facilities produce high integrity ductile iron castings for water industries and the like.
Derwent Industries is seeking to fill the role of Patternmaker to service our existing and future customers based at our Foundry in Derwent Park, Tasmania.
The Role:You will construct new and modify patterns to customer specifications, adjust and/or make repairs to existing patterns as required using traditional tools. Additional foundry duties will apply in this role when and where required by operational needs. This is a full-time position with immediate start for the right candidate.
About you: Ideally you will have completed your Patternmaking, Casting and Moulding or Cabinet making trade qualification and have some foundry industry experience.
