ArtEdVic is a non-profit incorporated association with charity status. We believe in the transformative power of visual arts education. We are a passionate, forward-thinking organisation dedicated to creating a dynamic, vibrant, and interconnected learning community where creativity thrives.
Our mission is to empower educators, students and artists and enrich learning experiences, and advocate for the value of visual arts in shaping young minds and vibrant communities.
Now, we’re looking for an inspiring Executive Officer to lead us into our next exciting chapter.
As Executive Officer (EO), you will be at the helm of ArtEdVic, driving creativity, connection, and change in arts education across Victoria.
This is a unique opportunity to lead a member-based organisation with a rich history and shape the future of visual arts education across Victoria. As ArtEdVic’s sole full-time employee, the role offers significant autonomy, with the ability to influence strategy, strengthen partnerships, and deliver meaningful outcomes for members and the wider arts education community.
We are seeking a visionary leader – someone who can inspire, innovate, and implement strategies that bring our mission to life.
You are an inspiring leader who believes in the power of creativity and education to shape a better world. You’re strategic, driven, and hands-on, with a proven ability to lead teams, deliver programs, and foster impactful partnerships.
You have:
1. Leadership and Management Experience
2. Financial Management and Revenue Generation
3. Strategic Planning and Organisational Development
4. Technological Competence and Marketing Expertise
