We have a new opening within our Opal Fibre Packaging sales team in Queensland. Opal Fibre Packaging supplies a wide range of innovative corrugated packaging solutions to a broad range of market segments.

As a Regional Territory Manager and part of the wider Fresh Produce team, you will manage an existing customer portfolio within the fresh produce (fruit and vegetables) business and local wineries.

This is an autonomous role where much of your time would be spent face-to-face with customers, spanning from Rockhampton to Townsville.

You will contribute to the success of Opal by driving sales growth in this territory through:

• Maintaining and growing sales and gross margin within your existing customer base
• Developing new business opportunities through increased share of wallet and developing new customer opportunities
• Managing allocated key customer accounts including contracts

• Ideally solution selling experience working with fresh produce or agricultural customers
• Demonstrated account management experience where you have grown share of wallet with an existing customer portfolio
• Established track record of hunting and closing new business, building relationships and business with new customers
• Systems savvy; especially a CRM 
• Plenty of energy, enthusiasm and resilience
• Be a self-starter with a strong results orientation
