A great opportunity exists for a Health Connect Consultant (Teleinterviewer) to join our supportive and customer‑focused team.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering high‑quality service by arranging and conducting tele interviews with professionalism, accuracy, and care. You’ll ensure all disclosures are captured correctly and that every customer feels heard and supported throughout the process.

Success in this role comes from strong collaboration. You’ll work closely with customers, advisers, underwriters, case managers, and your team to meet service levels, maintain compliance, and keep the customer experience central to everything you do.

Important to your success - Unlock your potential

• Qualifications in Financial Services, medical, or health science are valued but not essential. Proficient in Excel, Word, Mural, and other required software.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or contact centre roles.
• Proven success in client service, ideally within financial services.
• Experience in Life Risk, Superannuation, or Managed Investments is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and time‑management skills; able to work independently and in a team; reliable, motivated, calm under pressure, and detail‑focused.
• Most importantly, you communicate with customers in a way that builds trust and confidence.
