Based in Sydney, the firm advises privately owned businesses, international groups, high-net-worth clients and growing enterprises across a broad range of industries.

The Role: 

• Lead complex tax advisory and compliance engagements across a diverse client portfolio 

• Provide strategic advice across corporate tax, international tax, structuring, transactions and business succession matters 

• Review complex tax returns, tax-effect accounting calculations and tax provisions 

• Manage ATO reviews, audits, disputes and technical tax matters 

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering practical and commercially focused solutions 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and referral networks 

• Mentor, coach and develop tax professionals across the division 

• Review technical work and provide guidance on complex tax issues 

• Work closely with Partners on practice growth initiatives and strategic planning 

• Contribute to business development, client acquisition and revenue growth activities 

• Drive technical excellence, process improvement and team capability development 

About You: 

• 10+ years' Australian tax experience within a Big 4, mid-tier or specialist tax environment 

• CA, CPA, CTA, Master of Taxation or equivalent qualification 

• Strong technical expertise across corporate tax and complex advisory matters 

• Experience managing high-value client relationships and complex engagements 

• Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop high-performing teams 

• Strong commercial acumen and business development capability 

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills 

• Ability to provide practical solutions to complex tax issues 

• Motivated by leadership, client engagement and long-term career progression
