Chipmunks Playland & Cafe is Australasia’s favourite indoor playground brand offering pay for play, birthday parties, private venue hire, and full-service cafe. Inside our facility you’ll find a huge multi level play structure full of exciting activities & events, slides, interactive play equipment and much more! Aside from the Main Zone, we have a specialised Mini Zone to keep our littlest visitors safe and secure. Chipmunks themed birthday parties provide an all inclusive playful birthday party experience for families and visitors and play a big part in what we do. Casual Senior team members - Are you…

• A cafe all rounder? - Previous experience in a busy hospitality/cafe environment (food handling/cooking/barista experience/cash handling)

• A customer service superstar?

• A professional multi-tasker?

• Great with children?

• Confident with a ‘high energy’ personality?

• Available for weekends, school holiday and public holidays if required?

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and making food & drinks for the cafe as well as catering birthday parties

• Preparing coffees

• Customer service, front of house duties

• Hosting great children's parties

• Ensuring playland rules are followed, the environment is kept clean and tidy, and that customers receive the best service upon visiting

Requirements:

• This is a Casual position with the candidate able to work at least one weekend day

• A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain one prior to employment
