Sanitarium is a progressive and dynamic business that is Australian-owned and produces Australia’s leading breakfast and plant-based products – including Up&Go, So Good, Alternative Dairy Co and Australia’s favourite breakfast Weet-Bix.   About the Role Reporting to the Digital Marketing Specialist, this is an exciting entry-level opportunity for a Marketing Graduate to join our team.   This role is designed to provide broad exposure across FMCG brand marketing, giving you hands-on experience in consumer engagement, digital marketing, reporting and team support. You’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day marketing activities while building foundational skills across multiple areas of the business.   About the role: Provide support to the Consumer Engagement Team by responding to consumer enquires and complaints across phone, email, and social channels with professionalism and care. Build strong knowledge of Sanitarium Brands and products to deliver best-in-class consumer interactions Assist with promotional fulfillment and escalate high priority matters in line with internal processes Assisting with website and eDM content preparation and publishing Optimising digital content across platforms, including AI channels Monitoring and reviewing brand digital presence and competitor activity Supporting the preparation of digital performance reporting Assist with data and system management, including maintaining digital asset systems (DAM) and supporting merchandise store administration Provide coordination and administrative support to the broader marketing team   Who we’re looking for: You will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related fields. Interested in FMCG, sales, marketing, category or commercial analytics Curious, proactive and eager to learn Comfortable working with data and insights A strong communicator with good attention to detail Collaborative and able to build strong working relationships   All applicants must be able to demonstrate that they have the legal right to work in Australia.   We are an organisation driven by our mission and values.
