Bookkeeper

Amic is a small home based Bookkeeping & Administrative business offering services across various industry. We are in need of a casual Bookkeeper to help run the daily operations of AMIC and maintain client relations. This role is approximately 2 days per week with room to expand and can accomodate school hours if required.

Job Role:

• Bank reconciliations, accounts payable
• EOM reporting
• Managing Payroll across various industry
• Super and Payroll Tax lodgements
• Long Service Leave / Leave Plus lodgements
• Workcover Certifications
• Ensuring Client Compliance
• Liaising with Clients and their staff
• BAS & IAS Reporting / Lodgements

Requirement's:

• Cert IV in Financial Services is preferred
• Minimum 4 years experience bookkeeping
• Experience working with Xero & MYOB accounting software
• Strong Excel and Word skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work as both a team and autonomously
• Practice experience is highly beneficial

Pay: $36.00 – $40.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
