Wake Up! represents all that Sydney has to offer. It's clean, modern and the hub of backpacker activity - right across the road from Central Station. With a fresh layout, friendly staff and guests activities, Wake Up! Sydney is the backpacker place to be!
Our philosophy is to sell an experience and not just a bed and we need the right staff to do it - we aim to surprise every guest with professionalism, knowledge and exceptional customer service.
We are looking for an outgoing, friendly, self-motivated and responsible individual who is eager to make a difference and is able manage busy shifts independently.

🙌 About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist who loves delivering excellent customer service.
Rotating roster (AM + PM shifts, including weekends)
3–5 shifts per week available
Work independently while keeping the good vibes flowing
Long-term team member wanted

We’re searching for someone who is:
Outgoing, friendly, and approachable
Self-motivated and responsible
Confident in managing busy shifts with ease

Please note we are seeking a team member who is looking for long-term employment.
Experience with Hotel/Hostel Property Management Systems and in particular GuestCentrix is highly desirable.
