Your Role, Your Impact: 

Venue Manager - In charge of growing the business!

• Working on and in the business to grow sales and take Grill'd to the next level!
• Run a high-performing business owning revenue, profitability and guest experience.
• Lead through your Restaurant Manager - coaching and developing to own day-to-day execution
• Build community connections turning your venue into a local hotspot for partnerships and grassroots marketing!

Restaurant Manager – Take lead with full restaurant operations!

• Lead 40–60 crew members, driving engagement, performance, and results 
• Own restaurant operations from rostering to compliance  
• Grow your crew through check-ins, development plans, and mentoring 
• Keep budgets, P&L, and KPIs on track 
• Champion the community through Local Matters and other initiatives 

Assistant Restaurant Managers – You Drive the Dine-In Experience 

• Support the RM to ensure smooth daily operations 
• Champion product and focus on creating exceptional guest experiences in the dine-in area. 
• Coach and develop team members, help drive sales and maintain high standards.
