We're a dynamic and growing team of allied health professionals and admin staff dedicated to delivering fun, functional, and family-focused care.

We operate from purpose-built clinics in Balcatta, Joondalup, Canning Vale & Jindalee.

You’ll work alongside Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists and Positive Behaviour Support in a truly collaborative environment. We offer individual and group therapies in clinics, homes, and schools, wherever children need us most.

An exciting opportunity to join our brand-new Balcatta clinic, a fun, fresh paediatric space where you can make a real difference every day!

If you’re a Paediatric Occupational Therapist who loves working with kids and values genuine flexibility, AIM Therapy offers a role where meaningful work and enjoyment go hand in hand.

You’ll make a real difference supporting children to build skills, confidence and independence, while working in a supportive, collaborative environment where your expertise has a genuine impact on kids and their families every day.

What the Role Looks Like Day‑to‑Day

• Completing initial appointments and getting to know new families
• Running fun, creative therapy sessions in our vibrant clinic spaces and out in the community
• Working closely with schools, families and other stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach for the children we support.
• Reviewing therapy journeys and planning next steps as children reach goals or transition on.
• Being part of a strong professional development program with plenty of opportunities to grow

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

• Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
• A valid Working With Children Check
• National Police Clearance
• A current driver’s licence
• Confident communication skills and the ability to connect easily with kids & families
• The ability to work independently, while also being a great team player
