Chef - Warrigal Care - Mt Terry NSW

As the leader of our weekend culinary team, you will ensure residents receive nutritious, high-quality meals served in a warm and welcoming community atmosphere. Exceptional dining is one of life's simple pleasures and a daily highlight for many of our residents. Responsibilities:

• Preparing & presenting food
• Maintaining a clean working environment
• Support bulk cooking operations
• Fast, effective service - provided with a positive attitude
• Budget control, working independently

Roster:

6:00 am -2:20 pm Saturday & Sunday

About You

• Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
• Experience in bulk cooking or high-volume food preparation
• Previous aged care or healthcare catering experience (desirable)
• Strong time management, organisation, and multitasking skills
• Team-oriented with clear communication skills
