The opportunity

One of the Gold Coast's most talked-about new addresses is entering its selling phase - a multi-tower, mixed-use precinct worth 1+Billion, footsteps from the beach.

Construction is underway, the first release is now selling, and an eight-figure penthouse collection launches later this year.

They're expanding the on-site sales team and looking for an Off-the-Plan Sales Associate ready to build a genuine career in project marketing and new-home sales - mentored by an experienced, high-performing sales and marketing team, working alongside some of Australia's leading creative and marketing consultancies inside one of the country's largest display suites.

If you've got a QLD Certificate of Registration (or you're part-way through it), the drive to learn fast, and the presence to look after high-value buyers, this is a rare seat inside a landmark project from day one.

About the project

• Circa $1.4 billion mixed-use precinct in a premier Gold Coast beachside location
• A multi-tower development of close to 800 apartments in total, plus curated retail, dining and resort-style resident amenity
• The first tower alone spans more than 35 levels and around 270 homes - one to four-bedroom residences through to sky-homes and penthouses
• A private resident's club roughly a third of the way up the building - lounge, wine room, library, and work-from-home and boardroom spaces
• Delivered by an established Asia-Pacific developer with more than 50 completed projects over almost three decades

What you'll be doing

• Supporting senior sales consultants across the full off-the-plan sales cycle - enquiry, appointment, presentation, contract, deposit and settlement handover
• Working the phones hard: high-volume outbound calling and same-day follow-up by phone, SMS and email to convert enquiry into booked appointments
• Meeting and qualifying walk-in buyers, EOI holders and channel-agent introductions at the sales gallery
• Managing your own lead database in our CRM, coding qualification, contact stage and enquiry temperature accurately
• Assisting with weekly sales reporting and campaign performance tracking
• Representing the project at inspections, launch events and channel-partner activity
• Working to a rostered roster that includes weekend trade (Saturday and Sunday), with two weekdays off in lieu - this is genuinely an on-site, activity-driven sales role rather than a nine-to-five desk job
• Learning a structured sales training pathway with a clear track to full Sales Consultant

About you

Essential

• A QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration (or actively completing it ahead of your start date)
• Full Australian working rights and based locally on the Gold Coast (this is an in-person, on-site role)
• A confident phone, video and face-to-face communicator with clear written English
• Naturally organised with strong attention to detail across numbers, contracts and CRM data
• Comfortable in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Resilient and genuinely energised by a high-activity, target-driven sales environment - you won't be waiting for the phone to ring
• A real interest in property, design and the Gold Coast market

Nice to have

• Roughly one to three years in real estate, project marketing, hospitality, luxury retail, membership sales (e.g. fitness), telemarketing, recruitment, banking or finance
• Exposure to off-the-plan or new-homes sales
• Familiarity with a property or sales CRM (Property Base, Salesforce, HubSpot or similar)
