About the opportunity
People & Culture plays a critical role in shaping the employee experience at WorkSafe. As our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Consultant, you will be instrumental in delivering initiatives that strengthen inclusion, remove barriers to equity and help embed a safe, respectful and inclusive culture where diverse perspectives are a key part of our success. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the organisation, partnering with leaders, employees and stakeholders to advance WorkSafe's DEI maturity. As a dynamic professional, you'll bring fresh thinking, evidence-based insights and a passion for driving positive organisational change.

About you
You are an experienced DEI, or People & Culture professional who is passionate about fostering inclusive workplaces and delivering meaningful organisational change. You combine strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to translate data and insights into practical, evidence-based outcomes. You enjoy building trusted relationships, influencing at all levels and creating opportunities for people to feel a genuine sense of belonging at work.
