The Role

We are looking for a Content Creator to join us 2 days per week on the Gold Coast. This is not a per video or freelance gig, it is an ongoing part time role for someone who wants to grow with the brand and become one of the faces people recognise when they think of She’s Making Millions.

You will work closely with our founder and marketing team to plan, film, and produce content that grows our audience and supports our launches, programs, and events, including our SMM LIVE conference on the Gold Coast in November.

What You Will Do

- Develop a content strategy across our key platforms, aligned to brand goals and launch calendar

- Plan, film, and edit short form video content, both solo and alongside our founder

- Show up on camera as one of the faces of the brand, building your own recognisability within our content

- Film in person at our Gold Coast studio and on location at events, including our November conference

- Work alongside our existing marketing team to keep content aligned with campaigns, launches, and overall marketing strategy

- Track content performance and adjust strategy based on what is working

- Stay across trends, formats, and platform changes relevant to our audience

What We Are Looking For

- Proven experience growing social accounts, ideally in personal brand, business, or coaching spaces

- Comfortable and confident on camera, happy to be a visible face of the brand

- Strong understanding of short form video strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube

- Filming and basic editing skills

- Based on the Gold Coast and available to film in person 2 days per week

- Available for our SMM LIVE conference in November

- A self starter who can bring strategy and ideas to the table, not just execute
