Reservations Supervisor

We have an opportunity for a Casual Reservations Supervisor to join the team to support all Hunter Street Hospitality venues with guest enquiries.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
  
Reporting to the Head of Reservations and based at our Head Office in The Rocks, you will:

• Manage end-to-end restaurant bookings across high-volume brands
• Deliver confident, warm, and polished guest communication via phone and email
• Assist with training and development of reservation agents
• Champion internal platforms such as Sevenrooms and Monday.com
• Work with Reservations Manager on improving efficiency of systems and communication strategy with the operations team
• Coordinate group bookings and prepare event orders in partnership with venue teams
• Identify upselling opportunities and promote programming and special events
• Partner closely with Operations to ensure a seamless pre-arrival journey

What We’re Looking For
  
We are seeking someone who:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Very strong administrative and IT skills, ability to trouble shoot technical problems
• Strong written and spoken communication skills and verbal manner
• An intimate knowledge of premium restaurants and a passion for the hospitality industry
• A working knowledge of Sevenrooms is an advantage
• Understands that every guest interaction contributes to brand reputation
• Has meticulous attention to detail and strong administrative discipline
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple brands and priorities
