• $50-$60/hr based on experience

• Weekly performance bonuses

• 10% commission on sales you generate

• 10% commission on installation revenue you complete

We're looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Service & Maintenance Technician to join our growing team.

You'll work across a variety of residential air conditioning service, maintenance, fault-finding, repairs and replacement quotations throughout Brisbane.

This isn't a repetitive installation role. Every day is different, giving you the opportunity to diagnose faults, solve problems, build relationships with customers and provide expert advice on the best solutions for their homes.

You'll be supported by a dedicated office team, modern systems and ongoing technical training so you can focus on delivering exceptional customer service and quality workmanship.

• Current QLD Refrigerant Handling Licence

• Current Australian Driver Licence

• Strong residential air conditioning service and maintenance experience

• Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Professional presentation and attitude

• Reliable, honest and motivated

• Comfortable using a phone/tablet and job management software

• Ability to identify opportunities and provide solutions for customers

• Electrical Licence

• Experience quoting/estimating

• Sales and customer service experience
