Therapeutic Mentor

Mentra Collective is growing our Therapeutic Pathways Program, and we’re looking for engaging, reliable and passionate people to provide 1:1 therapeutic mentoring support to young people across Adelaide.

Our Therapeutic Mentors work alongside young people in a flexible, relationship-based way — using their strengths, interests and individual goals to build connection, confidence and practical skills.

Mentoring might look like getting out into the community, going for a walk, playing sport, cooking, working on a creative project, building routines or simply creating a safe space where a young person feels heard and supported.

You may be a great fit if you have experience or are studying in:

Youth Work - Social Work - Psychology - Counselling - Disability- Mental Health Community Services - Education - Occupational Therapy - Child & Youth Services

We’re especially interested in people who can bring their own skills, hobbies and interests into their work with young people.

Pay: $45.28 – $50.61 per hour
