Cloud R Analyst

Duties & Responsibilities

• Triage issues across different areas of the organization and manage ServiceNow Tasks.
• Manage production infrastructure and provide SME support to teams outside IT.
• Support automation of web application deployments.
• Follow defined escalation paths and SLAs for effective issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot and maintain software applications and investigate complex technical issues.
• Work collaboratively to achieve departmental goals while managing multiple priorities.
• Supports occasional scheduled weekend activities, including deployments, upgrades, maintenance, and customer go-lives.

Required Skills & Abilities

• Strong technical aptitude in modern IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory administration.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL/database administration concepts.
• Experience creating or maintaining PowerShell scripts and other automation tools is preferred
• Exposure to Kubernetes, containerized environments, and automation technologies is a plus.
• Experience with GitHub Actions is an added advantage.
• AWS exposure is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing technologies and customer environments.
• Strong organizational, customer-service, and issue-resolution skills.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, proactive, and effective in a collaborative team environment.
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development
