About the Role:

The Signet Sales team is a dedicated department that takes pride in providing our customers with the highest quality customer service standards. As the Senior Account Manager you will:

• Develop long-term, valuable business relationships across multi-level contacts within a specified customer portfolio across the VIC region
• Identify key growth opportunities within the customer portfolio through a solution-based approach to achieve set budgets
• Provide professional and effective customer support
• Research market conditions, competitors and customer needs
• Assist customers in the implementation of contractual arrangements
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to facilitate positive customer and business outcomes

About You:

This position will be ideal for a motivated self-starter with superior customer relationship management skills in sales. Excellent multi-tasking ability and a team-focused approach will ensure your success.

The successful applicant will ideally have:

• A successful, proven record in sales or account management achieving profitable sales growth (Ideally 3-5 year’s experience in sales or similar customer-focused field)
• Successful experience building and maintaining customer relationships
• A strong goal-focused and resilient mentality
• Ability to work with a broad product range
• Superb communication, interpersonal and time management skills
• A dedicated focus on collaboration and teamwork
